Customer Review: Disappointing Product !!!

This is just cheap plastic gun which throws some inconsistent puffs of irregular steam with some tiny plastic particles. I worked on a medium wrinkled shirt of mine and all it did to the shirt was spitted some hot water on it with plastic particles and I end up dry-cleaning my shirt. I will never ever buy this brand again. I am returning this product to Amazon and settled for a Panasonic Cordless Iron for 60$ with Vertical steam feature which works 200% better than this cheap poorly designed product even when I am using it vertically while my shirt in on the hanger !! Instead of this garbage , a small size regular iron will be much better and you could get it for 10 bucks. Stay away!!
